Overview
A point of sale is only as good as the stock behind it, so we build the till and the inventory together: barcode scanning, receipts on thermal printers, returns, and stock that updates with every sale, purchase, transfer and count.
Where it matters, we track batches and expiry dates and sell the earliest-expiring stock first, as in Petfolio’s retail module for veterinary clinics. Every stock change passes through a single ledger, so quantities on hand can always be explained, and purchasing, suppliers and branch transfers live in the same system.
